New D.C. Superior Court eFiling System is Coming Oct. 31

We're moving from the CaseFileXpress eFiling portal to DC Superior Court eFile & Serve (eFileDCSuperiorCourt.gov), powered by Tyler Technologies! The new system is expected to go live October 31, 2022. This change will only impact the following case types:

• Civil Division cases, including Landlord and Tenant and Small Claims
• Civil Tax in the Tax Division
• Probate Division
• Officer of Auditor Master – NEW in eFiling

When website registration and eFiling are ready, we'll share this information by email, this web page, and our social media accounts. Registration takes about 5 minutes, and then you can eFile immediately after you enter your details.
